Your membership includes unlimited same-day or next-day virtual visits with Dr. Davis. You'll have direct text access to Dr. Davis's personal phone number for quick questions and health concerns. Each patient receives one comprehensive in-home visit per quarter, allowing Dr. Davis to provide personalized care in the comfort of your own home. We offer flexible payment options including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans with discounts for longer commitments. 

There is a one-time registration fee of $99 per individual (not per family) that covers the complete setup of your medical records in our system. This includes transferring your medical history, setting up your patient portal, scheduling your initial consultation with Dr. Davis, and configuring your communication preferences. This fee is separate from your monthly membership and is non-refundable.

We offer four flexible payment options to fit your budget. Monthly payments are billed at our standard rate with no commitment required. Quarterly payments (every 3 months) save you 3% off the monthly rate. Semi-annual payments (every 6 months) save you 5%. Annual payments (paid once per year) offer the best value with 10% savings. All plans include the same comprehensive benefits, and you can upgrade or change your payment plan at any time. 

We prioritize quick access to care and work to accommodate same-day appointments whenever possible. Dr. Davis is available on both weekdays and weekends to ensure you get the care you need when you need it. Virtual visits typically last 20-30 minutes and can be conducted via video call or phone based on your preference. 

Direct text access means you'll receive Dr. Davis's personal phone number, allowing you to text questions, concerns, or photos (like rashes or injuries) directly to him. Dr. Davis typically responds within a few hours during business hours. This feature is perfect for quick questions, medication refill requests, or when you need medical advice but don't require a full appointment. It's like having a doctor in your family who you can reach out to anytime. 

Each patient receives one comprehensive in-home visit every three months (four per year total). During these visits, Dr. Davis comes to your home to provide a thorough physical examination, review your health status, and address any concerns in a comfortable, familiar environment. Home visits typically last 45-60 minutes and can include basic diagnostic tests. This is particularly beneficial for elderly patients, those with mobility challenges, or anyone who prefers the convenience and privacy of care at home. 

No, this is not health insurance. We operate on a direct primary care (DPC) model, which means you pay a monthly membership fee directly to us for primary care services. We strongly recommend that you maintain traditional health insurance or a health sharing plan to cover emergencies, hospitalizations, specialist care, surgeries, and major medical expenses. Think of our service as complementary to insurance—we handle your everyday primary care needs affordably, while insurance protects you from catastrophic medical costs. 

Dr. Davis can prescribe any necessary medications and send prescriptions directly to your preferred pharmacy. However, the cost of the actual medications is not included in your membership and must be paid at the pharmacy. We work with discount programs and generic options to help you get the best prices. If you have prescription drug coverage through insurance, you can use that. Many common generic medications are available for $4-$10 at major pharmacies, and we can help you find the most affordable options. 

 Dr. Davis can order any necessary lab work, imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans), or diagnostic tests as part of your care. These services are billed separately by the testing facility and are not included in your membership fee. If you have health insurance, these tests may be covered under your plan. We also work with affordable lab networks that offer significant discounts for self-pay patients. Dr. Davis will discuss costs with you before ordering any tests so you can make informed decisions about your care. 

Signing up is easy! First, review our membership plans and select the one that fits your needs. Click "Sign Up" to begin the online registration process, where you'll provide basic information about yourself and your medical history. You'll then pay the one-time $99 registration fee and set up your payment method for monthly membership fees. After registration, you'll receive a welcome email with instructions to access your patient portal, schedule your first appointment, and receive Dr. Davis's direct contact information. The entire process takes about 10-15 minutes. 

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time with no penalty. Monthly plans require 30 days written notice, so if you cancel on January 15th, your membership will end on February 15th. For quarterly, semi-annual, or annual plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time. The initial $99 registration fee is non-refundable as it covers administrative costs already incurred. You can submit a cancellation request by contacting our member services team. 

Absolutely! You have complete flexibility to change your payment plan at any time. If you want to switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa), simply contact our member services team, and the change will take effect at your next billing cycle. When upgrading to a longer-term plan, you'll start receiving the discounted rate immediately. When downgrading from a longer-term plan to monthly, the change occurs after your current prepaid period ends. There are no fees or penalties for changing plans, and all membership benefits remain exactly the same regardless of which payment option you choose.
